Passito

A range of sensations, an olfactory complexity that goes from black locust honey to the scents of candied fruits, balsamic herbs and a variety of spices. It is a wine for meditation and conversations that invites you to keep warm during cold winter days.

Nebbiolo

It is an important wine, with the typical taste of mature grapes, spices, plum jam, myrtle leaf orange, roots and earth. Its red ruby colour reminds of just fallen autumn leaves; its intense scent evokes that of must, and harvest.

Erbaluce

Straw-coloured, with greenish reflexes, intense fruity taste and persistent scent with flower smells, it is the ideal to welcome spring, the moment of rebirth, the blooming of life among the rows of vines, the banks of lakes and flowered meadows.

Spumante

With its fresh and golden bubbles, it helps to cool the summer heat and accompany the hard work in the fields. Its delicate and fragrant smell, rich of floral and fruity sensations makes it ideal as aperitif and to accompany the typical sinojra snack from Canavese, in the vineyard.
